You must be 18 years or older to use any Service.

The Ridiculous Women Society (RWS) membership is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

Our free Facebook community is open to all genders provided they follow community guidelines.

4. Services & Offerings

We provide:

Online memberships (including the Ridiculous Women Society)

Digital courses, “mini mastery modules,” workbooks, and downloads

Live and virtual workshops, keynotes, retreats, and events

The Ridiculously You Podcast and related media content

Ridiculously You may update or modify any Service at any time.

5. Billing, Free Trial & Cancellation

Ridiculous Women Society

Free Trial: 7 days at no charge.

Automatic Billing: Unless you cancel before the 7‑day trial ends, your payment method will be charged US $30 for the first month and every 30 days thereafter.

Cancellation Policy:

During the free trial: cancel any time before day 7 to avoid charges.

After the trial: cancel at least 30 days before your next billing date to stop future charges.

Refunds: Membership fees are generally non‑refundable. Refunds may be considered only if a member believes the program was materially misrepresented. Such requests are evaluated case by case at Ridiculously You’s sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

Treat other members with respect and a spirit of understanding.

Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal activities.

Follow all posted group rules and event guidelines.

Ridiculously You reserves the right to remove any user or content that violates these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content- text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, downloads, and trademarks- is the exclusive property of Ridiculously You LLC unless otherwise noted.

Personal use only: You may view and print materials for your own use.

No redistribution: You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without express written permission from Ridiculously You.

8. Health, Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Ridiculously You provides education and inspiration, not medical, psychological, or financial advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Always consult qualified professionals regarding personal health, mental health, or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridiculously You LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
